How long will my order take?
Since heat pressing requires careful setup, curing, and quality checks to ensure the design stays bright and durable, here’s the typical timeline you can expect:
Processing & production
We allow 2–4 working days to prepare, heat-press, and let the design fully set. This curing time is important so the print won’t fade or peel with use. Every cup is inspected before packing to make sure it meets our standards.
Shipping time
Once ready, delivery across the UK takes:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days
Total estimated wait
Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 working days from purchase. During busier periods (holidays, peak gifting seasons), this may extend slightly to 5–10 working days, and we’ll notify you if there’s any change to your expected delivery date.
Delivery costs and free delivery
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £15! For orders under this amount, standard delivery charges will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver our lovely cups exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are always looking to expand, so keep an eye out for updates on international shipping in the future!
