We want every order to be simple, safe, and fair — here’s how we work:
  • Standard non-personalised cups: If you change your mind, you may return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Damaged or faulty items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, send a quick photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • Return costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. For our error or faulty goods, we cover all costs.
